If your case has a misprint, misalignment, or white ink showing on the edges, this is covered under our 12-month warranty and we'll replace it for you.

What we need from you

  • Clear photos showing the defect

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

What happens next

We'll review the photos and if it's a manufacturing defect, we'll arrange a replacement. Most cases are approved straight away based on the photos. You don't need to return the defective case.

Shipping costs for replacements

  • Within 60 days of purchase: replacement and shipping are both free

  • After 60 days (within 12 months): replacement is free, you cover shipping
