If the ring popped out but isn't damaged
Good news — if the camera ring came off but isn't cracked or broken, it can usually be clipped back into place with firm pressure. This can occasionally happen if the ring wasn't fully secured during production, and it's a very rare issue.
If the ring is broken or won't clip back in
Get in touch with a photo showing the issue and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement — you don't need to return the faulty case.

Within 60 days of purchase: replacement and shipping are both free
After 60 days (within 12 months): replacement is free, you cover shipping
