We're really sorry to hear your phone was damaged — we know how frustrating that is.
Unfortunately, phone damage is not covered under our warranty, even if the phone was in one of our cases at the time. Our cases are built and tested for strong drop protection, but no case can guarantee absolute protection from every possible impact — especially with today's glass-backed phones.
What our warranty does cover
Our 12-month warranty covers defects in the case itself — like cracking, peeling, camera ring issues, or MagSafe magnets coming loose. If the case itself has failed or is damaged, we'll replace it. But phone repair or phone damage costs are not something we're able to cover.
