All our cases are made to order, so there's a short production time before your order is dispatched.
Production time
We dispatch 99% of orders within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday). During busier periods it can occasionally take up to 3 working days.
If you order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your order will be prepared on Monday and dispatched by Monday or Tuesday.
What about Express shipping?
Express refers to the delivery speed after dispatch — not the production time. Production still takes 1–2 working days, then Express delivery is 1–2 working days from dispatch.
Working out your total delivery time
Production time + shipping time = total delivery time. So if production takes 1 day and standard UK shipping takes 3–5 days, you'd be looking at around 4–7 days in total.
