All returns go through our online returns portal. Here's how it works:
Open the portal and enter your order number and email address
Select the items you'd like to return
Choose your reason for returning
Choose whether you'd like a refund to your original payment method or store credit
Download your packing slip (and shipping label/QR code if you're a UK customer) from the final page — these are also emailed to you
Print the packing slip and include it inside your return package, then ship it back to us.
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we'll process it within 5 business days.
Refunds take 1–3 working days to appear after that. Store credit is available straight away.
