8 cases — pay for 4, get 4 free
The pattern continues for any even number of cases.
Can I use a discount code with BOGOF?
No — discount codes cannot be combined with Buy 1, Get 1 Free. Only one promotion can apply to an order at a time. If you'd prefer to use a discount code, place a separate order with a single case and apply your code to that order.
Returns on BOGOF orders
Refunds on promotional orders are recalculated based on what you keep, not what you return:
Returning all items — you'll receive a full refund
Returning one item from a pair — the refund is recalculated at the price you actually paid. Since you received the second case free, returning just one item from a BOGOF pair typically results in a £0 refund
To receive a full refund, return all items from your promotional order.
