Can discounts be combined or applied after the order is placed?

Discount codes cannot be combined with our Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer. Only one promotion can apply to an order at a time.

How our promotions work

Our Buy 1 Get 1 Free (BOGOF) offer is always active on phone cases and applies automatically when you add two or more cases to your cart. Because this promotion is already applied, additional discount codes cannot be stacked on top.

Why your code might not be working

The most common reason a discount code doesn't apply at checkout is that the Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer is already active on your order. Other reasons include:

  • The code has expired

  • The code is case-sensitive and needs to be entered exactly

  • The order doesn't meet a minimum spend requirement

  • The code doesn't apply to certain collections or sale items

Can I use my discount code instead of BOGOF?

Yes — if you'd prefer to use a discount code instead of the Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer, place a separate order with just one case and apply your code to that order. You can then place a second order to take advantage of BOGOF separately.

Can discounts be applied after ordering?

No — discounts cannot be applied retroactively once your order is complete. The code must be entered during checkout before payment is processed. We cannot modify pricing on existing orders.

Important note: Warranty replacement discount codes are the one exception — these always work because they're designed for single case orders.
