2-case BOGOF order (paid for 1, got 1 free):
Return both cases — full refund
Return 1 case — £0 refund, because you're keeping the case you paid for and the free one is gone
4-case BOGOF order (paid for 2, got 2 free):
Return all 4 cases — full refund
Return 2 cases — likely £0 refund, because the system recalculates based on what you're keeping
Return 1 case — £0 refund
Why does a partial return sometimes result in a £0 refund?
The refund is based on what you would have paid if you'd only ordered the items you're keeping. Since you received free cases as part of the promotion, returning only some items means you've still received the value of what you paid for.

How to start your return
Head to our returns portal to register your return. Returns must be within 60 days of delivery, and items should be unused and in their original packaging.
Important note: This applies to all promotional orders, not just Buy 1, Get 1 Free. Any order with an automatic discount will be recalculated on partial returns.
