It depends on why you're returning.
Standard returns (change of mind, ordered the wrong thing, etc.) — return shipping is your responsibility. We don't cover this regardless of where you're based.
Faulty or incorrect items — if we sent you something faulty or wrong, don't use the returns portal. Just get in touch with your order number and a photo. We'll sort it from there and make sure you're not out of pocket.
UK customers
You'll get a pre-paid Royal Mail label and QR code through the returns portal. £1.99 is deducted from your refund to cover this.
Outside the UK (USA, EU, everywhere else)
You'll get a shipping label with our return address, but you'll need to arrange and pay for postage through a local courier. We don't have return addresses outside the UK.
If you're in the US, the most affordable option is usually USPS First-Class Package International Service from your nearest post office — it's around $20 USD and takes 1–2 weeks.
