You can return any product within 60 days of delivery, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. This applies to everything — including personalised cases and sale items.
We don't offer exchanges. If you want a different item, just return for a refund or store credit and place a new order.
Mystery Bundles are the one exception — these can't be returned.
How to start
Head to our returns portal to register your return. Once your return arrives back with us, we'll process it within 5 business days.
Faulty or incorrect items
If we sent you something faulty or wrong, don't use the portal — just get in touch with your order number and a photo. We'll sort it from there.
