We process returns within 5 business days of them arriving at our warehouse.
Once processed, refunds take 1–3 working days to appear back in your account depending on your bank.
If you chose store credit instead, that's available as soon as your return is processed — no waiting on bank timings.
Still not showing?
If it's been more than 5 business days since we confirmed your return and there's nothing in your account, check with your bank first — some hold refunds for a couple of extra days on their end.
If it's still not there, get in touch with your order number and we'll look into it.
