Why wasn't free shipping applied at checkout?

Our checkout defaults to the fastest delivery method, which is a paid tracked service. Free shipping doesn't automatically select itself β€” you'll need to choose it manually.

How to select free shipping

When you reach the shipping step at checkout, look through the available shipping options. If your order meets the free shipping threshold for your country, you'll see a free option listed β€” just select it before completing your order.

What's the difference?

  • Free shipping β€” slower delivery, untracked

  • Paid shipping β€” faster delivery with full tracking throughout transit

Not seeing a free option at all?
