A name or text field was left blank in the personalisation
Photos were missing or incomplete in the design
The uploaded image quality was too low to print clearly
The artwork contained trademarked or copyrighted content that we can't produce

When we cancel an order, we send a separate email explaining the specific reason. Check your inbox and spam folder for this email β it will have the details of what went wrong.
