If your personalisation is missing or incorrect, what happens depends on where the error came from.
If the error was on our end (production/printing mistake)
This includes things like: personalisation that failed to print, incorrect text or images printed due to a production error, or wrong colour/placement during manufacturing.
We'll replace the case for free or issue a full refund β just get in touch with your order number and photos showing the issue.
If the error was in the details you submitted
This includes things like: typos or spelling mistakes in text you entered, uploading the wrong image, choosing the wrong design option, or uploading a low-quality image that didn't print well.
Since we print exactly what's submitted, these aren't manufacturing defects. However, we want you to be happy with your case:
UK customers: you can return the case through our returns portal within 60 days for a refund or store credit, then reorder with the correct details
International customers: we can offer store credit worth 40% of your order value so you can reorder with the correct details without the hassle of return shipping
