We use store credit and discount codes in different situations — they work differently at checkout.
Store credit
Store credit is added directly to your account. It appears automatically at checkout when you're logged in with the same email it was issued to. Just tick the "Apply store credit" box to use it.
Store credit works alongside Buy 1 Get 1 Free — you can use both at the same time.
We typically issue store credit when:
You're an international customer choosing the 40% store credit option instead of returning
We're providing compensation or goodwill credit
Discount codes
A discount code is a single-use code you enter at checkout. It covers the value of a specific item (for example, the case you originally paid for) and lets you choose a new design.
Discount codes cannot be combined with Buy 1 Get 1 Free or other promotions. If you want to use a discount code alongside BOGOF, place a separate order with a single case and apply the code to that order.
We typically issue discount codes when:
You have a peeling case under warranty and choose a different design (Option 2)
You're eligible for a warranty replacement and want to pick a new aesthetic
