Here's how you can do it step-by-step:
1. Access Social Search
On the menu on the left-hand side, navigate to the Social Search tab.
2. Add a New Search
Click on Add a New Search and select the "Account Followers" option from the dropdown menu.
3. Enter the Twitter Handle
Type the Twitter/X account username whose followers you want to fetch and click on "Fetch Details."
Review the displayed details to ensure it’s the correct account.
Tip:
You can add up to 3 Twitter/X accounts in the Social Search feature to generate leads in one go. For example, if you're targeting followers of multiple sports essentials companies, you can input all three accounts at once. This way, you’ll create just one segment with combined leads, saving time and keeping your focus on a single objective instead of managing three separate searches!
4. Choose Follower or Following List or both
Decide whether you want to create leads based on the account’s followers or the people the account is following. For this article, we are choosing the followers of Coca Cola account.
Tip:
You can choose both the followers and following of the twitter handle to get an exhaustive list of leads that have interacted with the account you are dealing with.
5. Save the Segment
Give your search a name ,e.g. CocaCola in our case, and save it by clicking on "Create Segment" button so you can access it later without repeating the process.
Following screen will appear. Click on "Continue" to get the required leads.
6. You can now find your leads in the Segment tab under "Created by You."
7. Click on the segment to view it. Fetch twitter handles by clicking on Export button.
