What kind of digital marketing materials are recommended when following up with leads?

Following up with leads and including photos & details on the property is highly recommended. That's why our text follow up is one of the most commonly used Open House sign-in features.

Many agents will avoid printing brochures and property details for visitors to the open that leads are more likely to share their accurate contact info in order to receive these details. It's more convenient for most home-buyers to have a digital record of the property AND it's less printing for you.

To help take this a step further we have listing microsites that digitally showcase your property and keep your brand front and center. These stunning microsites are free of charge for agents who are paired with a lender. Once you create a listing microsite, you can copy the URL into your lead follow up.

Just copy the URL and add it to the Listing Details under Guest Follow Up so leads will receive a link sent via text after they sign-in to your open house!

Any URL can be used and it doesn't have to be a URL that links to the property's details. It can be a list of other listings that you are promoting, a reviews page OR anything that you'd like!
