Our team/brokerage admin features allow admins to manage agent accounts, branding, listings, CRM integrations and more for a team/brokerage.

Our team/brokerage admin features include functionality to designed to help teams manage their marketing and save agents time. These features include:

  • add Open House disclosures for visitors to fill out digitally

  • get visibility into the team's activity and set up team-wide CRM integrations that are automated for every agent account

  • easily setup agents accounts, branding, and lender settings on Curb Hero (including overriding the lender entirely)

  • move listings between agents so they can host each other's Open Houses with one-click

  • we'll create agent+team branded sign graphics and print assets that are tied to Curb Hero QR Codes to maximize prospecting

In order to add agents on your team, you'll first need an active subscription.

Once you've started your free trial* you'll be able to manage your team's branding, listings, and have visibility into their lead activity.

*you can cancel your subscription anytime. Regardless, Curb Hero will remain entirely free for individual agents to use.

Q: There are changes I want to make on my agents that aren't available in my team account. How can I make these updates?

A: Team Admins can access their paired agents accounts. This allows them to make much more detailed changes right within the agents account. Just select the 3 dots next to any of the agents in the "Agents" menu and you'll see an option to "Access Account". This will help perform even more management actions for agents like pair a lender, update their Dynamic QR Code, and more!

Q: What is cost for team admins and what pricing plans are available?

A: We are planning some free features but team admins need to create a subscription to add agents on their team โ€“ plans start at $50 per month and we have volume discounts available too if interested.

  1. 10 agents: $50/month and $5/agent for additional agents

  2. 25 agents: $100/month and $4/agent for additional agents

  3. 50 agents: $150/month and $3/agent for additional agents
