Payment deadline
Payment must be made within 24 hours after the invoice is issued. This means that you have one day to complete your payment after receiving your invoice. We kindly ask that you make your payment as soon as possible to avoid any delays or issues with your service.
What is late payment fee
We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, causing a delay in your payment. However, please note that a late payment fee will be charged for invoices that are not paid on time. The late payment fee is 5% of the total invoice amount.
How can I pay the bills?
Open Profile Tab: Open the app and navigate to the "Profile" tab. This is where you'll find account and payment settings.
Tap Payment & Billing: You will access settings and details related to your payment methods and billing information.
Tap Invoices: You will allow you to view a list of invoices associated with your account, including paid and unpaid invoices.
