Your invoice may include the following services or fees:
Charging Fee
This fee covers the cost of the energy transferred from the charging station to your vehicle. The tariff for this fee can be based on either kilowatt-hours (kWh) or the time spent charging (minute-based).
Parking Fee
Some station networks include this amount in the charging fee. It covers the cost of parking your vehicle either outside of charging or while charging at a station that imposes a parking fee. This fee is included in the overall 'charging fee'.
Late Payment Fee
This fee is applied if your invoice is not paid within 24 hours. If your invoice remains unpaid for 34 hours, it is canceled, and a new invoice, including the late payment fee, is issued and sent to you.
Service Fee
This fee is a part of the charging service provided by the platform.
Supercharger Congestion Fee (For Tesla Superchargers only)
At certain Supercharging locations, congestion fees will replace idle fees. A congestion fee is applied when a Supercharger site is busy, and your vehicle’s battery is above a specific charge level. You can check the congestion fee threshold on your vehicle’s touchscreen.
Congestion fees only apply when:
The Supercharger site is busy
Your vehicle’s battery is already at or above the congestion fee level
