How do I deactivate a driver?

When your driver's rental period is over or you remove their assignment, it is important to inactivate them to ensure they no longer have access to the application. This is a simple process that can be done in just a few steps.

​Please note that even if the driver has access to the application, it will not be able to initiate charging or perform any action if you unassign vehicle.

To deactivate a driver, follow these steps:

1. Go to the driver tab in Bluedot for Fleets dashboard.

2. Find the driver you want to deactivate on the list. You can easily search for them by their name or email.

3. Once you have located the driver, simply change the switch under to driver name to "inactive".

That's it! Your driver is now inactivated and will no longer have access to the application.
