How to reconnect your QuickBooks Online account to Boatyard

There are times when your QuickBooks Online account might become disconnected from Boatyard. This can happen for a number of reasons, such as a system outage in QuickBooks.

Please follow the steps below to reconnect your QuickBooks Online account.

Follow these instructions for how to connect your account for the first time.


How to Reconnect QuickBooks Online.

  • First, go to your setting page in Boatyard by clicking on the profile icon in the top right corner and then clicking on 'Settings'.

  • Next, scroll down and click on the 'Manage Integrations' button in the Integrations section.

  • Next, click on the QuickBooks integration tile.

  • Then, click on the 'Reconfigure' button.

  • On the next screen, you're going to click the 'Next' button.

  • On this screen you are going to reconnect your QuickBooks account. Depending on your situations, you might need to click on 'Disconnect' first and then click 'Connect to QuickBooks'. Note: Please make sure to toggle OFF the Import customers option, as you will not need to reimport your customer list.

  • You will then be guided to the QuickBooks login screen where you can approve the connection.
