The internal notes feature allows you to leave reminders, track the progress of an order, and communicate with your team—all within the order details page.
Where to Find Internal Notes on an order page:
At the bottom of every order detail page, there is an 'Order Notes' section. This is where you can leave internal notes about the customer or order.
⚠️Important:
These notes are not visible to the customer but are shared with all team members at your location.
Add a Note:
Simply type your message in the note box and click 'Add Comment'. Your note will be recorded along with the date, time, and your name.Edit or Delete a Note:
To edit a note, click the pencil icon. To delete it, use the trash can icon.
You can create multiple notes on an order. The notes are recorded, along with the time, date and who created the note.
