There are times when you need to be able to take a deposit or partial payment from your customer.
We've made it easy to send an invoice to a customer for either the full amount or a partial payment.
Requesting a Deposit
Once you have created your order, you will click on SEND INVOICE.
On the SEND INVOICE screen, select the "Partial Amount" option and enter the amount that you would like your customer to pay. Then, click on SEND INVOICE.
Your customer will then receive an invoice for the amount that you entered. It's that easy!
In your order's Timeline section, you'll be able to see a log of when the invoice was sent, and you can click to view the invoice from here.
