Steps For Returning Boddle Teachers

Follow these four easy steps to properly transition from your previous classroom to a new one:

  1. Share student accounts with their new teacher

  2. Archive your previous classroom

  3. Create a new classroom

  4. Share student logins

Share Student Accounts with the New Teacher

Students can use the same student account year to year! Sharing their username or moving them to the next classroom will ensure students keep all their hard-earned game progress. Check out how to move students to another classroom.

Archive Your Previous Classroom

To archive your classroom, check out this helpful guide:

Archiving the classroom will save the student data, but the classroom will no longer show in the student's game dashboard.

Archived classrooms can be restored at any time by clicking on the classroom drop-down menu on the right side of the homepage.

Note: We do not recommend deleting the classroom, as this will result in the loss of student data.

Create a New Classroom

Starting a new classroom is quick and easy! Simply click the blue "Add new classroom" button on the Boddle homepage.

Note: students can use the same account year to year! Their previous teacher can move their student account to your classroom using your class code. Students can also link their own existing accounts as shown in the "Add Students with Class Code" or "Inviting Students with a Link" options below.

There are several ways you can add students to your classroom:

Share Student Logins

Keep the learning going at school and home! Share students' login credentials to continue playing Boddle outside of school hours.

Happy Teaching!
