Restored access to the Touchpoint Flat File report
The Touchpoint Flat File report was not appearing in the "View Reports" section after a recent change to report filtering logic. The logic has been updated to correctly include reports that launch via external web pages. Both the Touchpoint Flat File and Collections Flat File reports are now visible and functional.Corrected timestamp issue in HMIS Client exports
Resolved a data defect where the DateUpdated field was earlier than the DateCreated field in HMIS Client CSV exports. This issue, caused by timestamp rounding, blocked clients from submitting required data to their CoCs. The export logic now ensures DateUpdated is always equal to or later than DateCreated, as expected.
