Find what you need (and fast!) with our new Resource Center

We know that when you’re looking for information, you don’t want to have to search multiple messages or platforms to find what you need. That’s why all of the resources you know and love can now be found in our new, consolidated Resource Center!

The Resource Center is a new, centralized way for you to get the help you need. You’ll be able to find answers to your questions faster and easier, explore new product announcements (like the ones in this newsletter!), share feedback, and even contact our Support Team for anything our other resources haven’t addressed.

What's New

Improvements to TouchPoint performance

We have good news! On Pages, Programs, and Sites where you need to access a large number of TouchPoints or TouchPoint responses, we are re-architecting querying to bring you the data you need faster. Our goal is to continue to architect a robust backend for all of your ETO data needs now and into the future.

We're excited to provide you with improvements that will make your data access faster and more reliable - please stay tuned for more updates!

A new home for training

Users with a paid ETO training subscription will soon see a new home for all of their training resources, designed to provide a more user-friendly experience for those looking to learn more.

With this exciting new change, users can anticipate receiving access to a new weblink in the coming weeks, which will in turn give you access to your subscriber portal (so you can continue to view schedules and enroll in courses for the upcoming year). Keep your eyes on your inbox for more information!

HMIS-Specific

Ask the Experts: HMIS - Recording Now Available!

Earlier this month, we hosted an interactive Ask the Experts Session, where attendees had direct access to our rotating panel of Bonterra professionals and were able to pick their brains on HMIS-specific questions and issues.

We’re sharing the recording of this session here so you can see how valuable these sessions can be. Each session features a mix of experts from teams like Digital Learning, Training, Product, Support, and Client Success - so you’ll always get helpful insights from the folks who know Apricot best.

We’ll be hosting more HMIS-specific sessions in the future - and we hope you’ll join us for the valuable tips, real-world reporting examples, and new ideas we’ll share. Whether you bring a question or just want to listen in, stay tuned and join us to get the most out of your Apricot platform!

Recommended Resources

If you’re ever in need of a quick answer to an HMIS question, or you need a refresher on some of the HMIS functionality, we recommend reviewing the articles we have available.

  • We know that managing data for HMIS can be a challenge, especially when presented with minor data entry errors that can cause a domino effect that’s hard to quickly resolve. That's why we’ve created a comprehensive best practices guide for Apricot for Homeless Services (AHS) users and ETO.

  • Do you have new users learning how to enter data into your system for HMIS? Or perhaps you would like a guide to reference back to as needed? If so, these articles cover the basics of data entry when it comes to HMIS for Apricot and for ETO.

  • Running and exporting the different HUD Compliance Reports and the HMIS CSVs is a vital element in Apricot and ETO HMIS. If you are not familiar with this process or need a refresher, learn more for Apricot and for ETO.

  • We recommend reviewing the best practices when it comes to Apricot and ETO HMIS every so often; you can find that advice for Apricot and for ETO.
