In our efforts to prioritize the best reporting experience and the security of your data, we have sunset Crystal Reports in ETO as of 9/12/2025. You will be able to address all of your reporting needs with ETO Results, including both prebuilt reports and a fully customizable report builder. If you haven’t gotten the chance to prepare for this change, that’s alright. Here are some helpful resources to take next steps.

We've expanded API support to include Program Type details. The GetPrograms and ParticipantEnrollment endpoints now return both the ProgramTypeID, and its display name - helping your integrations and reports stay accurate and easy to manage.

Our recent release includes comprehensive updates to ETO's HMIS functionality, in preparation for the HUD FY2026 data standards. These changes ensure alignment with HUD's latest compliance requirements and support more streamlined data collection, reporting accuracy, and improved client assessments.

We have good news! On Pages, Programs, and Sites where you need to access a large number of TouchPoints or TouchPoint responses, we are re-architecting querying to bring you the data you need faster. Our goal is to continue to architect a robust backend for all of your ETO data needs now and into the future.

If your organization is exempt from state sales tax - Bonterra needs a copy of your State Sales Tax Exemption certificate as soon as possible, in order to honor that exemption.

Now is the time to ensure that your exemption is on record with us to avoid any unnecessary charges. Keep an eye out for an email from us, with further details on how you can submit these certificates to us.
