What's New
Stay on top of follow-ups with Time-Based Alerts
One of our most requested features is now live: Time-Based Alerts make it easier to manage follow-ups and deadlines automatically.
With this update, ETO Admins can configure alerts that appear days, weeks, months, or even years after a key action takes place — like a program enrollment or TouchPoint. No more calendar reminders or manual tracking: the system will now do the nudging for you.
Want to notify a case manager 90 days after a participant is enrolled in a program? Now you can. Need to follow up on an Intake Form 7 days later? Done.
You can also use demographics or referral forms to drive Time-Based Alerts that keep your workflows moving on schedule. Check out the release notes to learn what’s new!

In 2026, we’ll begin updating the look and feel of ETO’s most-used pages to make everyday tasks easier, faster, and more intuitive. These updates are designed to align with modern accessibility standards while preserving the core experience your team knows.
Users can expect updates to font sizes, spacing, colors, and contrast, all aimed at improving usability and supporting compliance — with a refreshed, modern interface that’s built for everyone.
