Cancellation and Refund Policy

Introduction

This cancellation and refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which subscribers can cancel their subscription and request a refund. This policy applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions unless stated otherwise.

Full Refund Policy

Subscribers are entitled to a full refund of their subscription fees under the following conditions:

  • If a subscriber cancels their subscription within 14 days of the initial subscription or renewal start date (cooling off period), they will be eligible for a full refund of the subscription fees paid; AND

  • The subscription has not been used during this period.

Prorated Refund Policy

Subscribers are entitled to a prorated refund of their subscription fees under the following conditions:

  • Within 14 Days of Subscription: Normally, a full refund is provided for cancellation within the 14 days cooling off period. However, if the subscription has been used during this period, the subscriber will only be entitled to a prorated refund based on the number of days remaining in the subscription.

  • Within 30 Days of Subscription: If a subscriber cancels their subscription within 30 days of the initial subscription or renewal date, they will be eligible for a prorated refund. The prorated refund will be calculated based on the remaining days of the subscription period.

Cancellation After 30 Days:

Cancellations made after 30 days from initial subscription or renewal start date will not be eligible for a refund. Subscribers can cancel their subscription to prevent future renewal.

Procedure for Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled online through your customer account by clicking your avatar. A step-by-step instruction on how to do this is shown on: How do I cancel my subscription?

Alternatively, you can contact support@bookcreator.com or finance@bookcreator.com to cancel your subscription.

Refunds take between 10-15 working days to be processed and to be reflected in your account. Refunds will be paid into the same card used for the subscription payment.

If the subscription payment was made via cheque, ACH or wire transfer, please contact finance@bookcreator.com for the refund to be processed.
