How to create a new scheduled class via Class Template
Follow these steps to schedule a class and fill in the required details:
1. Navigate to Team Template
Go to Dashboard → Team Template → Click (+ Schedule) to create a new team.
2. Complete the following sections
Details
Title: Enter the name of the class, e.g. Endurance WOD.
Subtitle: Add a short description of the team, e.g. Hardest ever.
Type, Center, Locations: Select the class type, center, and location, e.g. Hall 1.
External Program Track: Add associated training programs, e.g. SugarWod.
Maximum number of participants: Enter a participant limit, e.g. 16 people.
Images: Upload images in 4:3 aspect ratio (recommended size: 2048 × 1536 pixels).
Settings
Enable or disable the following:
Er Open Gym
Is a closed class
Is personal training
Enable fines
Are guests allowed
Release training program
Change unsubscribe time
Automatic cancellation of classes
When
Days of the week: Select the days you want the class to take place, e.g. Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
Frequency: Specify frequency, e.g. weekly, every 2 weeks, every 3 weeks.
The team begins: Enter the time of the start of the class, e.g. 10:00.
Training duration: Enter the length of the class in hours and minutes, e.g. 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Shift Duration: Enter the duration of the instructor's shift.
Planning Period
Scheduling starts: Set a start date, e.g. 11/18/2024.
Scheduling ends: Enter an end date or leave the field blank to make the class run smoothly.
Instructors
Planning type:
Normal: Same instructors for all classes.
Changing: Instructors rotate weekly.
Specific days: Instructors are selected based on the day of the week.
Coaches: Select the instructors to assign to the team.
Participants
Members:
Add the members who should be automatically registered for the class.
Used especially for closed teams.
