How to create a new application template

Add Workouts

Program #1

  • You can create multiple workouts to divide the workout into sections like:

    • Heating

    • Skills

    • WOD (Workout of the Day)

    • Cooldown

Workout #1

  • Name: Give the workout a specific name.

    • Example: Strength training - Day 1.

  • Workout type: Select the type of workout from the dropdown menu.

  • Time limit: Specify the time frame, if there is one.

    • Example: 20 minutes (Min/Sec).

  • Description: Add details about what the workout entails.

  • Exercises:

    • Exercise #1: Fill in the name of the exercise, number of sets, repetitions, and unit (e.g. kg or meter).

Coaches notes

  • Add any comments or instructions for the trainers to guide them through the workout.


Add More Programs

  • Click Add Program to create a new program and repeat the process of adding workouts.

  • Each program can contain unique structures and be adapted to different target groups.


Example of structure

Template Name: Strength

  • Program #1: Strength training week 1

    • Workout #1: Warm-up (10 min)

    • Workout #2: Skills

    • Workout #3: WOD – AMRAP 20 min

    • Workout #4: Cooldown (5 min)

  • Program #2: Strength training week 2

    • Workout #1: Warm-up (8 min)

    • Workout #2: Skills – Balance

    • Workout #3: WOD – EMOM 12 min

    • Workout #4: Cooldown (6 min)
