Add Workouts
Program #1
You can create multiple workouts to divide the workout into sections like:
Heating
Skills
WOD (Workout of the Day)
Cooldown
Workout #1
Name: Give the workout a specific name.
Example: Strength training - Day 1.
Workout type: Select the type of workout from the dropdown menu.
Time limit: Specify the time frame, if there is one.
Example: 20 minutes (Min/Sec).
Description: Add details about what the workout entails.
Exercises:
Exercise #1: Fill in the name of the exercise, number of sets, repetitions, and unit (e.g. kg or meter).
Coaches notes
Add any comments or instructions for the trainers to guide them through the workout.
Add More Programs
Click Add Program to create a new program and repeat the process of adding workouts.
Each program can contain unique structures and be adapted to different target groups.

Program #1: Strength training week 1
Workout #1: Warm-up (10 min)
Workout #2: Skills
Workout #3: WOD – AMRAP 20 min
Workout #4: Cooldown (5 min)
Program #2: Strength training week 2
Workout #1: Warm-up (8 min)
Workout #2: Skills – Balance
Workout #3: WOD – EMOM 12 min
Workout #4: Cooldown (6 min)
