Follow this guide to add a new punch card type to the system.
Step 1: Navigate to Clip Card Creation
Go to Dashboard.
Click on Punch Card Type in the menu.
Select New Punch Card Type to begin creation.
Step 2: Fill in details
General information
Name: Enter the punch card name (e.g. 10-TURN PUNCH CARD).
Short description: Add a concise description of the voucher.
Cover Image: Upload an image that represents the punch card.
Detailed Description
Please provide a detailed description and any relevant information.
Contract
Assign a contract if necessary for the voucher type.
Step 3: Define Properties
Product code and SKU: Add relevant product codes for management.
Number of clips: Specify how many clips the punch card contains.
Validity in months: Determine how long the voucher is valid from the date of purchase.
Account number for bookkeeping: Enter the account number for financial registration.
Publicly available: Choose whether the voucher should be visible to the public.
Access and restrictions: Mark whether the voucher gives access to the door system and/or all training centres.
Step 4: Training Properties
Max Active Team Registrations: Limit the number of concurrent class registrations.
Number of days in the future: Specify how far ahead members can book classes.
Class registrations per month: Limit the maximum number of class registrations per month.
Access to specific classes: Specify which classes the voucher gives access to.
Step 5: Set price and availability
Price: Enter the price on the voucher.
Setup fee: Enter any setup fees.
VAT (%): Add the VAT rate for the voucher.
Training centres: Select which training centres the voucher is available in.
Step 6: Save the voucher
When all the information is filled in, click Save to add the punch card to the system.
