📌 Method: MemberChangeReport

How is it calculated?

This method analyzes member changes over a given period. It calculates:

  • The number of members who were active at the start and end of the period.

  • The number of new members during the period.

  • The number of members who cancelled their membership.

  • The number of members who have paused their membership.

Example:

Period: 1 March - 31 March

  • Start: 200 members

  • New members: 50

  • Lost members: 30

  • Members on break: 10

  • Out of stock: 220 members

Why is this important?

This metric helps understand growth patterns and measure the impact of promotions or changes in the company's offerings.
