How is it calculated?
This method analyzes member changes over a given period. It calculates:
The number of members who were active at the start and end of the period.
The number of new members during the period.
The number of members who cancelled their membership.
The number of members who have paused their membership.
Example:
Period: 1 March - 31 March
Start: 200 members
New members: 50
Lost members: 30
Members on break: 10
Out of stock: 220 members
Why is this important?
This metric helps understand growth patterns and measure the impact of promotions or changes in the company's offerings.
