How is it calculated?

  • Finds all members whose membership expired during the period.

  • Filters members who have not renewed their membership after expiration.

Example:

Period: 1 March - 31 March

  • Lost members: 30

Why is this important?

If the number of lost members increases, it could be a sign of low customer satisfaction or competitive pressure.
