How to get here

  1. Click System settings in the left-hand menu.

  2. You are now on the Edit chain settings page.

1. Branding and identity

Configure how your chain appears to members.

Chain name — The name of your chain or company.

VAT number — Shown only, cannot be edited here.

Subscription — Shown only, cannot be edited here.

Logo — Upload the chain's logo. Minimum size: 240 × 240 pixels. The image is automatically cropped to a square format.

Primary and secondary colour — Enter colours in hex format, e.g. #FF5500.

Check-in message — Message that members see when checking in to classes.

App links and public links — View and copy links to App Store, Google Play, sales page, info screen, and calendar integration.

2. Member account requirements

Decide what information members must provide when creating an account. You can require a digital signature, payment method, profile picture, and identity validation. If identity validation is enabled, additional settings for validation and age limits appear.

3. Booking settings

Configure rules for class booking: maximum active bookings, waitlist places, how many days ahead the calendar is visible, and how early members can book. You can also enable restrictions for daily class participation, showing all classes, consecutive bookings, and waitlist handling.

4. Check-in and attendance

Control check-in rules: restrict early check-in, mark late check-ins, allow check-in after class start, automatic cancellation of unconfirmed bookings, and automatic marking of on-time attendance. Relevant time fields appear when a setting is enabled.

5. Cancellation rules

Set up rules for cancellations and automatic class cancellations: cancellation deadline, automatic class cancellation, and automatic removal of instructor shifts on cancellation.

6. Fines and sanctions

Configure fees for members who do not comply with booking and attendance rules.

Late check-in fee — Enable and set the amount for late check-in.

No-show fee — Enable and set the amount when a member does not show up.

Late cancellation fee — Enable and set the amount for cancelling after the deadline.

Deduct fees from punch cards — Allow fees to be paid using punches from active punch cards.

Fees are only charged when the related functions are enabled. Changes apply to the entire chain.

7. Payment and finance

Manage financial settings: default currency, registration fee, pause fee, bank details (IBAN, SWIFT/BIC), tax rate. You can also enable payment processing, member referral programme, and payment fees.

8. Purchase settings

Decide what members can buy online: memberships, campaigns, personal training, drop-in, and punch cards.

9. Communication

Set up communication with members: sender address, email provider, email templates, booking confirmations, and guest emails. You can enable welcome emails for trial sessions, follow-up emails, fine notifications, in-app chat, SMS for cancellations, and email receipts.

10. Member features

Enable or disable features in the member experience: leaderboard, member feedback, QR code check-in, remote door unlocking, and display of staff phone numbers.

11. Integrations

Connect the chain to external systems such as OneSignal, payroll system, accounting system, training platform, analytics tools, Google Tag Manager, and access control systems. Some integrations require a Premium or Platinum subscription.

12. Website integration

Manage integrations for your website: copy the booking widget code, view existing API keys, and create new API keys for domains. A new API key is only shown once — copy it immediately.

Save changes

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the page.

  2. Click Save changes.

  3. The system validates your entries, saves the changes, and updates any logo changes.

  4. You will see a green message saying "Update successful!".
