How to refund an invoice
Simple step-by-step guide for beginners
This guide explains how to:
Locate the invoice you want to refund
Make a full refund
Make a partial refund
STEP 1 – Go to the member profile
Search for the member in the system
Open the Member Profile
STEP 2 – Open the Memberships tab
Go to the Memberships tab
Here you will see all purchases and invoices linked to the member
STEP 3 – Find and open the invoice
Locate the invoice you want to refund
Click the invoice to open it
STEP 4 – Refund the invoice
At the top of the invoice, you will see four icons.
There are two refund options:
A. Full refund
To refund the entire amount:
Click the last icon (full refund)
The system will refund the full invoice amount automatically.
B. Partial refund
To refund a smaller amount:
Click the three dots
Select Refund
Enter the amount you want to refund
Important:
You cannot refund more than the original invoice amount.
Click Confirm to complete the refund.
✔️ Done — the refund has now been processed.
