What This Screen Does
This screen shows the full history and progress of a single exercise for a member. Think of it like a training logbook page for one specific exercise — you can see every recorded result in a timeline and watch how the member’s performance has changed over time in a chart. It helps trainers and staff quickly understand a member’s strength progression.
How to Get There
Open the dashboard.
In the left-hand menu, click Members.
Click on a member’s name to open their profile.
Navigate to the Exercises tab.
Click on a specific exercise name.
You are now on the Exercise Detail screen.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Review the Exercise Name
At the top of the screen, you will see the exercise name displayed as a heading (for example, “Bench Press” or “Squat”).
This tells you which exercise you are looking at.
2. Go Back to the Exercise List
Click the Back button in the top-left corner (it has a left-arrow icon).
This takes you back to the member’s exercise list.
3. View the History Timeline
On the left side of the screen (or full width on mobile), you will see a History card.
This card shows a vertical timeline of every recorded result for this exercise, sorted from newest to oldest.
Each entry in the timeline shows:
Field | Description |
Reps × Weight | The number of repetitions multiplied by the weight in kilograms (e.g. “3 x 80 kg”). If no rep count was recorded, it defaults to 1. |
Date and Time | The exact date and time the result was recorded. |
The timeline uses dots and connecting lines so you can easily follow the progression from one entry to the next.
4. View the Progression Chart
On the right side of the screen (or below the timeline on mobile), you will see a Progression card.
This card contains a line chart that plots the member’s weight values over time.
The horizontal axis (bottom) shows the dates of each recorded result, sorted from oldest to newest.
The vertical axis (left) shows the weight in kilograms.
Each data point is marked with a dot. Hover over a dot to see the exact value (e.g. “80 kg”).
Use this chart to spot trends — is the member lifting more over time, staying flat, or declining?

Troubleshooting
“The timeline is empty — I do not see any results”
The member may not have any recorded results for this exercise yet.
Make sure results have been logged for this specific exercise. You can add results from the member’s exercise tracking area.
“The chart is not showing anything”
The chart needs at least one data point to display. If there are no results, the chart will be blank.
If results exist in the timeline but the chart is empty, try refreshing the page — the data may not have loaded fully.
“The weight values look wrong on the chart”
All weights are displayed in kilograms (kg). If you are used to pounds, you will need to convert manually.
Check the individual timeline entries to confirm the recorded values are correct. If a value was entered incorrectly, it will need to be corrected where the result was originally recorded.
“I cannot find the exercise I am looking for”
Go back to the member’s exercise list by clicking the Back button.
Make sure you are looking at the correct member’s profile.
The exercise will only appear in the list if at least one result has been recorded for it.
“The dates on the chart are hard to read”
If there are many data points, the date labels on the horizontal axis may overlap.
Try hovering over individual dots on the chart to see the exact date and value in a tooltip.
On smaller screens, rotate your device to landscape mode for a wider view of the chart.
“The Back button is not working”
Make sure you are clicking the Back button at the top of the page (with the left-arrow icon), not your browser’s back button.
If the page seems unresponsive, try refreshing and navigating back to the exercise from the member’s profile.
“The page is taking a long time to load”
If a member has a very large number of results for a single exercise, the page may take a moment to process and render them all.
Check your internet connection and try refreshing the page.
If the problem persists, contact support.
