On the Punch Cards page, you can view and manage the different punch card types created for your gym.
A punch card type is the setup of a punch card – for example the number of punches, price, and availability. It is not a list of punch cards that members have already purchased or are currently using.
From this page you can:
View all created punch card types
Search and filter
Edit punch card types
Create new punch card types
Generate purchase links
Export punch card type data
How to find punch card types
Go to the main menu.
Select Memberships.
Select Punch Cards.
You will see an overview of all punch card types for the selected gym.
Overview of punch card types
By default, only active punch card types are shown.
You can see the following information:
Name – The name of the punch card type. Click the name to open the details.
Publicly available – Whether the punch card type is visible and available for members to purchase.
Created – The date and time the punch card type was created.
Available spots – The current availability status of the punch card type.
Filter and search
Use the filters at the top of the page to find specific punch card types.
You can filter by:
Valid on – Show punch card types that are valid on a specific date.
Status – Filter by Active, Inactive, or Expired.
Publicly available – Filter by whether the punch card type is visible to members.
Search – Search for a specific punch card type.
Actions on a punch card type
Click the three dots next to a punch card type to see available actions:
View
Opens the details page for the punch card type.
Edit
Allows you to update the punch card type setup.
Purchase link
Generates a unique link that can be used to purchase the punch card type.
Delete
Permanently removes the punch card type.
Note: Deleting a punch card type cannot be undone.
Create a new punch card type
Click New Punch Card in the top-right corner.
Enter the details for the punch card type.
Save your changes.
Export punch card types
You can export the list of punch card types as a CSV file.
The export includes the punch card types matching your active filters.
Troubleshooting
I cannot see my punch card types
By default, only active punch card types are displayed.
Check that:
You have selected the correct gym.
Your status filter includes the punch card types you are looking for.
I am looking for which members have a punch card
This page only shows punch card types and not the active punch cards owned by members.
To find members with punch cards, use the member overview and filter by the relevant membership.
