What This Screen Does
This screen shows all your members displayed as visual cards in a grid layout. Think of it like a notice board where each member has their own card pinned up, showing key details at a glance. It is a quick way to browse through your members without reading through a table. From here you can also navigate to create a new member.
How to Get There
Open the dashboard.
In the left-hand menu, click User.
Click Cards in the submenu.
You are now on the Membership Cards screen.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Browse Member Cards
When the page loads, you will see member cards arranged in a grid.
The grid adjusts based on your screen size:

Desktop (large) | 3 |
Each card displays a summary of a member’s profile information.
Scroll down to see more cards if you have many members.
2. View a Member Card
Each card shows key information about a member at a glance.
Use the cards to quickly identify members by their name and profile details.
3. Create a New Member
In the top-right corner of the screen, click the + New User button.
This will take you to the new user creation screen where you can fill in all the details for a new member.

Troubleshooting
“I do not see any member cards on the screen”
If the page is empty, there may be no members added to the system yet.
Try creating a new member by clicking the + New User button.
If you expect to see members, refresh the page and check your internet connection.
“The cards are displaying in a single column on my computer”
The grid layout adjusts automatically based on your browser window size.
Try making your browser window wider. On screens wider than 900px, you should see two or three columns.
If the issue persists, check that your browser zoom level is set to 100%.
“I clicked ‘+ New User’ but nothing happened”
Make sure you are not accidentally blocking navigation in your browser.
Check that you have the necessary permissions to create new users. If you do not, the button may not function as expected.
Try refreshing the page and clicking the button again.
“The page is loading very slowly”
If you have a large number of members, the page may take a moment to render all the cards.
Check your internet connection — a slow connection can delay the page load.
Try clearing your browser cache and reloading the page.
“I cannot find a specific member in the cards”
This screen displays all members as cards without a search or filter option.
If you need to find a specific member quickly, try using the member list view instead, which may offer search and filter functionality.
Scroll through the cards carefully — on desktop, cards are shown three per row.
“The card layout looks broken or overlapping”
This can happen if your browser is outdated. Make sure you are using the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
Try zooming your browser to 100% (press
Ctrl + 0on Windows orCmd + 0on Mac).Clear your browser cache and reload the page.
“I do not see the ‘+ New User’ button”
The button appears in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the breadcrumb navigation.
If you still do not see it, you may not have the required permissions to create new users. Contact your administrator to check your role and access level.
