How to get here
In the left menu, click News.
Click the + New newsletter button in the top right corner.
You are now on the Create article screen.
Step-by-step guide
Fill in the details: At the top of the form you enter the article's basic information:
Title (required): The headline of your article. Keep it short and descriptive.
Subtitle (optional): A secondary headline adding extra context below the main title.
Status (required): Choose the article's publication status. Draft (not visible to anyone), Planned (scheduled for later) or Published (live immediately). The default is Planned.
Teaser (required): A short summary shown as a preview before readers open the full article.
Write the content: Below the Teaser field you will find the Content section with a visual editor. It is a drag-and-drop editor where you can add text blocks, images, buttons, columns and much more. To add an image, drag an image block into the editor and upload your file — the system inserts the URL automatically.
Upload a cover image: Click the Cover Image upload area and select an image from your computer. The image is cropped to a 4:3 aspect ratio. The recommended size is 2048 x 1536 pixels. A cover image is required.
Set the publication date: In the Properties card, use the Published On selector to set when the article should go live. The default is one hour from now, rounded to the nearest whole hour.
Select gyms: Open the Available in gyms dropdown and select the gyms where the article should appear. At least one gym must be selected.
Add tags (optional): Type a tag name in the Tags field and press Enter to add it as a chip. Tags help readers filter articles by topic.
SEO / meta information (optional):
Meta title (optional): A search-engine-friendly title. If left empty, the article title is used.
Meta description (optional): A short description that may appear in search engine results.
Meta keywords (optional): Type a keyword and press Enter to add it.
Save: Click the Add news button in the bottom right corner. The button is disabled until the content editor has fully loaded. The system validates the fields, exports the editor content, creates the article and uploads the cover image. You are redirected to the news list with a green confirmation.
