How to get here
In the left menu, click Employee.
Find the employee you want to edit on the list and click the pencil icon.
You are now on the Edit employee screen.
Step-by-step guide
Update the profile picture
On the left side of the form you will see the employee's current profile picture. Click it to open the image uploader. Choose an image from your computer (JPEG, JPG, PNG or GIF). The image is cropped to a square — adjust the crop area and confirm.
Exclude or reactivate the employee (optional)
Below the profile picture you will see the Excluded toggle. Enable it to exclude the employee — this deactivates their account. Disable it to make the employee active again. Use this when someone should no longer have access to the system but you want to keep their record.
Set email confirmation
The Email confirmed toggle controls whether the employee's email is considered confirmed. When on: The employee's email is marked as confirmed. When off: The system automatically sends the employee a confirmation email. Use this if an employee reports they never received their confirmation email — toggle it off to trigger a new one.
Update personal and contact details
Fill in these fields: Full name: The employee's full name (required). Email address: A valid email address, e.g. name@example.com. Used for login and notifications (required). Phone number: The employee's phone number (required).
Update location and address
Fill in the address details: Country: Start typing the country name and select from the dropdown. Each option shows the country's flag, code and phone prefix (required). State/Region: The state, province or region (required). City: The city name (required). Address: Street name and number (required). Postcode: The post or zip code (required).
Update company and role
Fill in these fields: Company: The company or organisation the employee belongs to (required). Role: The employee's role in the system, e.g. "Admin", "Manager", "Staff" (required).
Save changes
Click the Save changes button. The system validates all your entries, updates the employee record and redirects you to the employee list. You will see a confirmation message when the update is complete.
Delete the employee (optional)
At the bottom of the profile card on the left side there is a red Delete employee button. Click it if you need to remove this employee entirely from the system. Be careful — this action may not be reversible. Only use it when you are sure the employee should be removed.
