How to get here
1. Open the Booking Board app.
2. Tap the menu icon in the navigation bar at the top to open the side menu.
3. Tap Statistics in the menu.
You are now on the Statistics screen.
Step-by-step guide
1. Navigation bar
At the top of the screen you find the navigation bar.
Back arrow: Takes you back to the previous screen.
Statistics: Shows the screen title.
2. Loading view
When the screen opens, a skeleton animation (placeholders) is shown while your data is being fetched. You do not need to do anything — just wait a moment until the charts appear.
3. Registrations card (Bar chart)
The first card shows your registrations over time.
Heading — Registrations: The title of the card.
Subtitle: Explains that you can see the number of registrations over recent months.
Bar chart: A stacked bar chart showing how many classes you registered for per month over the last 6 months. Each class type has its own colour.
Bars are grouped by month (shown with the month abbreviation, e.g. "Jan", "Feb"). Each colour in the bar represents a specific class type. The higher the bar, the more registrations you had that month.
4. Class distribution card (Pie chart)
The second card shows the distribution of your class types.
Heading — Class distribution: The title of the card.
Subtitle: Explains that you can see the distribution of class types over recent months.
Pie chart: A donut chart showing the distribution of classes you have attended. Each slice has a colour and a name corresponding to the class type.
Larger slices mean you attended that class type more often. The class name is shown directly inside the slice. The colours match the colours your gym has assigned to each class.
5. Pull to refresh
You can pull down (pull-to-refresh) anywhere on the screen to fetch the latest data. The charts update with your most recent registrations.
6. Empty state
If you have no registrations in the last 6 months, a message is shown: “No statistics” with an explanation that there is not enough data to display. A bar chart icon is shown to illustrate that data is missing. Pull down to refresh if you believe there should be data.
7. Error view
If an error occurs while fetching data, an error icon is shown with a message.
Error icon: A red warning icon indicating something went wrong.
Error message: Tells you that an error occurred while fetching registrations.
Refresh: Fetches data again from the server. Tap to try again. You can also pull down to refresh.
