This article explains how to apply a price adjustment to a membership, campaign, or punch card.

How to find price regulation

  1. Find the relevant membership, campaign, or punch card

  2. Open the item

  3. Go to the “Price Regulation” tab at the top

How to apply a price adjustment

In the price regulation section, you can adjust pricing using the following fields:

Adjust price by (DKK)

Enter the amount by which the price should be changed.

  • Positive value = price increases

  • Negative value = price decreases

Valid from

Set the date from which the price adjustment should take effect.

👉 The adjustment will only apply from this date onwards.

Additional settings

Update price on existing memberships

Enable this if the price change should also apply to already active memberships.

If disabled, only new memberships will be affected.

Only apply to specific age groups

Here you can define whether the price adjustment should only apply to selected age groups.

This is used for segmented pricing control.

How the price adjustment works

  • A positive value means the price increases

  • A negative value means the price decreases

Important

  • Price adjustments only affect future billing unless “update existing memberships” is enabled

  • Always check age groups and validity dates before saving

  • Changes may affect both new and existing members depending on configuration
