How to find the door access log
Go to the Dashboard home page
Click on Facilities
Select Door Access
What you can see in the log
Here you get a full overview of all door activity in the system.
You can see:
Who attempted to open the door
When the door was used
Whether the access attempt was successful or failed
Which member or user triggered the access attempt
Door access status
The log typically shows two types of status:
Successful → The door was opened successfully
Failed → The access attempt was rejected
How to use the log
The door access log can be used to:
Troubleshoot access issues
Verify member access
Monitor facility usage
Document access activity

The log always shows both successful and failed attempts, giving you a complete overview of all door system activity.
