How to do it
Find the member profile
Go to the “Memberships” tab
Locate the incorrect punch card
Click the three dots (⋮)
Select “Cancel membership”
What happens when you cancel
When you cancel the punch card:
It stops immediately
The member loses access to the punch card
No further payments will be charged (if active billing exists)
Important
Cancellation takes effect immediately
Always double-check that you have selected the correct punch card before cancelling
The action cannot be automatically undone
Tip
If a punch card has been created by mistake, always verify:
Member name
Punch card type
Creation date
