Important
Auto-renewal can be controlled on two levels:
Punch card type (applies to all future purchases of that punch card)
Individual member (applies only to a specific user)
Set auto-renewal on punch card type
If you want the change to apply to everyone who buys the punch card:
How to do it
Go to Memberships
Select Punch Cards
Find the desired punch card
Create a new one or click the three dots (⋮) and select Edit
Edit the punch card type
Enable or disable auto-renewal
Click Save
This will apply to all future purchases of this punch card.
Set or remove renewal for an individual member
If you only want to change it for a specific person:
How to do it
Find the member profile
Go to the Memberships tab
Find the relevant punch card
Click the three dots (⋮)
Select either “Enable renewal” or “Remove renewal”
Result
Changes on punch card type affect all new purchases
Changes on member level affect only the individual user
Changes take effect immediately

Use type-level settings to control default behavior, and member-level settings for individual adjustments
