Important
This feature can be enabled on two levels:
Center level → applies to all memberships in the entire center
Membership type level → applies only to a specific membership type
Changes at center level will affect all members in that center.
Enable at center level
If you want all payments in a center to be charged on the 1st of the month:
How to do it
Go to Facilities
Select Centers
Find the relevant center
Click Edit
Scroll down to Properties
Enable “Anchor membership renewal to the 1st day of the month”
Click Save
Enable at membership level
If you only want to change a specific membership type:
How to do it
Find the relevant membership type
Click the three dots (⋮)
Select “Edit membership type”
Scroll down to the settings
Enable “Anchor membership renewal to the 1st day of the month”
Click Save
Result
When this feature is enabled:
All payments are aligned to the 1st of the month
The system automatically adjusts future renewals
Members will have standardized billing dates
Tip
Use center level if you want a consistent setup across all memberships
Use membership level if only specific products should be affected
