Important
When a staff member is deleted in the system, they are not permanently removed.
Instead:
The staff member is set to Inactive
Their role is changed to Member
Their history and information remain in the system
Find the staff member
Go to the dashboard home page
Select Staff
Click Employees
Here you can see all staff members, including their:
Role
Status
Reactivate a staff member
If you need to reactivate a former staff member:
Find the inactive staff member in the list
Open the staff profile
Click the pencil icon (Edit) in the top right corner
Assign the desired staff role
Save the changes
Once the staff member is assigned a role again, they will automatically become active in the system.
Result
The staff member becomes active again
The selected role is assigned
The user receives access according to the assigned role
Tip
If you cannot find the staff member, make sure that both active and inactive staff members are visible in the list.
