1. Find the member
Go to the Members list
Find the member you want to make a staff member
Open the member's profile
2. Convert the member to a staff member
Click the three dots (⋮) in the top right corner
Select "Convert to Staff Member"
The member will now be created as a staff member in the system.
3. Open the staff profile
Once the conversion is completed, a staff profile will be created for the person.
Open the staff profile to continue the setup.
4. Assign the role
Click the pencil icon (Edit)
Select the desired role, such as:
Trainer
Administrator
Receptionist
Click Save Changes
5. Log out and log back in
The new role will not take effect until the staff member logs in again.
Log out of the app and system
Log back in
Result
Once the staff member has logged in again:
The role becomes active
The correct permissions are assigned
Features in the app and system become available according to the selected role
Important
If the new role does not appear immediately, the staff member must log out and log back in so the system can refresh their permissions.
